  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Landscaping experience a plus!
  • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
  • Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, drills, hammers etc.
  • Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary

  • High and low dusting
  • Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking restrooms
  • Cleaning break rooms
  • Cleaning offices, entryways
  • Emptying trash and recycling from bins into appropriate containers
  • Vacuuming carpets and/or rugs
  • Sweeping, dust mopping and wet mopping floors
  • Clean and/or fill all equipment and supplies
  • Report all broken items, equipment, etc. to the supervisor
  • Will also complete other general cleaning duties as assigned by Manager & /or Supervisor
